'Nutty' notes include forest nuts as well as tropicals like macadamias etc. A variation of this flavor direction includes nut butters.
Brazil
This ‘volcanic mounds’ natural processed big bean Brazil brings out a gentle melon fruit flavor to complement its praline nuttiness. Has a pleasant profile and mouthfeel, and is a whole lot of fun as the largest (physical size) arabica coffee bean we carry.
Colombia
Dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, sweet, excellent in a blend or as a standalone espresso.
Sumatra & Islands
Earthy tones collide with a sweet splash of caramelized sweetness. Well developed roast for big body.
Caramels, flan, brown sugars, and vanillas. Think confectionary desserts, yellow cake, etc. In especially interesting coffees, this category sometimes intersects the 'floral' world.
Colombia
An exceptionally presented sweet profile out of this Colombia Gesha coffee. Brings a familiar Colombia flavor profile, but with so much more.
Costa Rica
A reprise of the previous Costa Rica thermic we carried. Cinnamon and hibiscus in the aroma, with a sweet but mild berry flavor in the aftertaste.
Sumatra & Islands
Balanced sweetness and nuance while roasted dark. It’s a rare find that shines in a single origin espresso.
Balanced and Versatile Blend
This blend is designed with purpose, and perfected through experimentation. Depth to pierce through milky lattes, balanced complex flavor, and an encouraging warmth are the tenets of this A.N.L. blend.
This blend was created while seeking a combination that perfectly balances the strengths of available coffees at any given time. Fruit acidity, lingering aftertaste, nutty notes, earthiness, sticky sweetness: all in harmony. From AeroPress to cold brew, this blend exists to provide a memorable cup for the beholder. Currently a Sumatra and Guatemala blend.
A refreshing splash of peachy flavor with a citrus blossom aroma is a nice departure from traditional sweet and toffee-nutty coffees.
Mexico
Here's an unusual Mexico coffee with clean fruited notes and wonderful complexity.
^DECAF^
We like to carry low caffeine coffees at Olilu. It may be challenging to find quality options, but it's a worthwhile endeavor to provide an evening brew option for our Olilu family!
Guatemala
Our go-to for a full bodied, silky and honey textured single origin. It is lower in caffeine content than the other varieties of arabica. Partial decaf.
Honduras
Longan berry, choco-raspberry, with a sweet retro-nasal experience. Easily an award winning brew, decaffeinated using the mountain water process by Descamex.
