Here’s one we dare to roast dark. We have a lot of respect for island coffees, whether Kona, Sumatra, Java, etc. due to their ability to roast dark without losing character. This particular Java estate coffee is some of the highest caliber we’ve seen out of this region, and processed in line with some of the most interesting coffees around the world.

It brings a special terroir to the cupping table, or to your morning routine. It is extremely sweet, lending to a balanced crowd pleasing darker roast profile.
