Here’s an awesome grinder with an equally fun name to go with it. We have a demo unit if you’d like to give it a spin. This is a nicely engineered beast of a home grinder, with a respectable grind size range of french press coarse down to espresso fine. Vertically mounted flat steel burrs are conducive to minimal grounds retention at about 0.2g, and the bean pass-through design is an ode to the most respectable commercial machines of that style.

Some notables:

• 65 mm flat steel burrs (grinds fast at about 5g of coffee per second. 17g double is ground in about 4 seconds on the finest setting)

• Duty cycle of 15s on, 45s off

• Size wise this is more open frame and ‘leggy’ vs. bulky
  at 150 x 245 x 450 mm
