Encore Conical Burr Grinder by Baratza
Enter the world of Baratza grinders. This is the Encore, with Olilu Coffee!
Includes:
1 x Baratza Encore Grinder in white or black
The Encore features a 40mm steel conical burr set made by Etzinger, out in Lichtenstein. The grinder is assembled in Taiwan, and available with a Black or White chassis. It is durable, capable, and reliable. The white color Baratza pairs best with our Olilu stickers (Yes!).
This grinder is capable of grinding at a seriously high level of consistency, including at the espresso grind size. Still, the burr set was selected for optimal performance in the particle size range typical of ‘filter’ coffees: french press, AeroPress, pourover, drip machine, syphon, cold brew, and others. Meaning, your grind particle size distribution will be most favorable when set to grind at those ranges: roughly ‘9’ to ‘40’.
Most grinders will drop ship directly from Baratza. Current stock reflects what we have on-hand, preferably for our local coffee drop customers.
Warranty
All grinders include a 1-yr warranty. When outside of the warranty period, Baratza’s support for and instructionals on repairing their grinders live on! We all want to keep these small sized kitchen appliances out of the landfill. Product lifecycle and repairability, everyone!

Standard Olilu disclaimer for all equipment: PLEASE avoid using coffees that have been flavored with flavor oils. It will be exceedingly difficult to remove such oils from your equipment. Your fresh coffee will inherit the flavored coffee’s taste, stale and all, well after you finish that batch.
