Here’s a refreshed design of the Baratza Vario grinder, now available with a white chassis design. To move up to flat grinder burrs in the Baratza lineup, this Vario+ is your ticket. (All other Baratza grinders aside form the Vario+ line and the Forté line are going to be conical burrs)

• Vario+ Has all the hardware of the redesign; comes with a ceramic flat burr (optimal for espresso)

• Vario W+ include a weigh mechanism; comes with a steel flat burr (optimal for drip and immersion brew variations)
