Yirgacheffe is synonymous with quality. As the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopian coffees brew some of the most complex and pleasant cups of coffee.

This is a high altitude grown Ethiopian coffee, harvested and set aside for processing in line with the most coveted present day coffees.  This portion of the harvest was introduced to yeast in its 48-hr fermentation step. This amplifies desirable floral flavor notes and accelerates processing.

Roasted to a mild medium level, this coffee will brew beautifully as a single origin espresso, especially without milk.
