Warranty

All grinders include a 1-yr warranty, which also covers shipping of a problematic grinder back to Baratza. To ensure you’re not without a grinder, Baratza will send you a replacement grinder together with a prepaid shipping label. When outside of the warranty period, Baratza’s support for and instructionals on repairing their grinders live on! We all want to keep these small sized kitchen appliances out of the landfill. Product lifecycle and repairability, everyone!

Notes from Olilu

Standard Olilu disclaimer for all equipment: PLEASE avoid using coffees that have been flavored with flavor oils. It will be exceedingly difficult to remove such oils from your equipment. Your fresh coffee will inherit the flavored coffee’s taste, stale and all, well after you finish that batch.
