Background

We’ve tried mugs from MiiR, Zojirushi, Hario, et al., and have opted for the sleek and nifty Carter mug by Fellow to get some Olilu representin’.

Three priorities include durability, flavor and taste presentation, and heat retention. We found the Carter to give us the best of all, without sacrificing on another.

It has a glazed ceramic interior

Functionally, this sports a stainless steel exterior, a plastic screw top lid, and a ceramic-lined interior. The ceramic lining is reminiscent of the glazed feel of a Corelle plate or bowl. This small detail prevents other metallic flavors from being introduced to your brew (think about the taste of hot water that you put in your stainless lined thermoses).

In line with all things Olilu, we’re confident this product will cheer you up, and will deliver on its promises. You seek out good Olilu coffee, and now you have the means to brew and optimize it.
